You pay for the month you're in and nothing further. Nobody is asked to sign anything that runs longer than that, and nobody is asked to explain why they're leaving.

How you pay: Month by month. There is no joining fee buried in the first payment and no minimum number of months.
The price: Kelly sets the monthly price out in person at your free first session, or in reply if you ask through the form at the bottom of this page. It is one figure, and it is the same figure for everyone.
Stopping: Tell us before your next month starts and that's it. Come back whenever suits; your place in the room doesn't go anywhere.
Before you pay anything: Your first session is free and coached. You'll have been round the unit, been shown the racks and platforms, and had a bar in your hands before any money changes hands.

A coach meets you at the door, so nobody walks in on their own. Kelly or one of the coaches replies to confirm a time.

How we handle what you send us

Finding the unit

Near the Riverside stadium. Look for the roller door, and it's the one that's up.

Hammerhouse Gym is in an old engineering unit near the Riverside stadium. It's the unit with the big roller door in the photograph, and during sessions the door is up so you can see straight in from the car park.

Which door The roller door. Walk straight through it; there's no reception desk to get past and no buzzer. For a booked first session, your coach is standing just inside.
Parking There's parking in front of the unit. Where to leave the car on match days, and anything else about getting here, comes with your booking confirmation.
Opening times The current session times are confirmed when you book, so you never turn up to a shut door. Members get them directly from Kelly.

The full address and a map linkBoth are sent with your booking confirmation, along with the name of the coach meeting you. If you'd like them before booking, ask below and Kelly will send them over.
